As part of Bath Sing for Life, on Saturday there will be young musicians from the Bath Spa University entertaining in City centre stores, including M&S, Jollys, BHS and shopping centres. The Bath International Dance Festival also takes place this weekend, with a host of events for you to take part in. Yes, it's an all singing and dancing weekend in Bath.
The world famous Rodolfus Choir (pictured above) will perform a Choral concert of classical favourites at the magnificent Bath Abbey on Saturday evening as well. This is an evening every lover of choral music will savour. The BBC Music Magazine referred to Rodolfus Choir as "an outstanding youth choir." Tickets are selling quickly for this concert.Also appearing at Bath Abbey with the Rodolfus Choir will be David Goode, one of the leading organists in Europe and a regular contributor to BBC recordings.

Also THIS Saturday May 2nd, leading youth Choir conductor Mike Brewer OBE will be in Bath taking a day time singing workshop, based on Worldsong, written for the BBC Junior Proms. Local young singers are warlmly invited will take part, and in the evening there will be a concert also at the Bath Forum (close to the City Centre) at 7.30pm. Appearing on stage aat the eveing concert will be the talented Curtain-Up Theatre Group, the Cantilena Youth Choir and Bath's popular Youth Gospel Choir, led by Tim King.

On Sunday evening, top jazz star Clare Teal will have the Bath Pavilion swinging! The Pavilion is close to the City Centre. Doors open at 7pm, and special guests at the gig will be the fabulous Stockingtops all-girl swing and sing group. Go to our concerts page for more information.
